My computer is frozen

[AWS]

When I start the computer, it boots slowly. When I finally get to the start screen, I cannot click any apps for it freezes every time. Even when I go to the main desktop, and I click a program, it freezes. The Internet is fine and battery is full. I tried
taking the battery out for a while and restarting it multiple times and it is still acting the same way.
Does anyone have a solution?
