Photo App Not Working

I have a SSD. My pictures are on my G: drive. The app doesn't work after following all the resetting the library links. Formatting the folder to pictures and having admin control. I get error message, &quotPicture Library (0) files. We couldn&quott
find any photos in here, ETC&quot when trying to add some photos.
