window activation error

i got a problem corresponding with window activation error. i installed a window with key and it activate. but when 2nd time i installed the same window on same laptop after deleting previous window it shows me that i have an error that this key is multiple
activation so it can not activate this window now. but i have deleted my previous window on same laptop. plz help it out. its about window 7 professional.
