Side loading of Windows store apps

Hi All,
Is there a way to install and launch a windows store app from another windows store app? will side loading support for the same or Side loading can only be performed from Power shell? Is the process of Side loading of
app differs between WinRT and Windows 8? Looking for some core ideas here to know about Side loading process.
