inability to get site on internet

[AWS]

I am able to get to multiple URL sites, but consistently have been unable, using Internet Explorer 9, to get one URL in particular. I consistently get and error with various names and closure of the Internet Explore when trying to access this
site with IE 9, with operating system Window 8.
Two of the reports given have been:
Process ID=0x1938(6456), Thread ID=0x1c1c(7196)
Process ID=0x1f5c(8028), Thread ID=0x22cc(8908)
