ERROR. I need help

my HP 2000 notebook pc encountered a few times the error called system_service_exception and i keep getting this blue screen with a frown. How should i fix this? because every time i get nervous because i think my laptop has a problem and im afraid something
bad might happen to it. My laptop is 1 month old. please do help me and answer my question ASAP
