Hotmail To-do app for start page?

I'm asking this in desperation! I can't seem to find an answer anywhere, and perhaps one of you gurus can help.

I have an app to see Hotmail to-do's on my Kindle Fire HD, I have an app to see Hotmail to-do's on my Galaxy Mini smartphone, but I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND an app to see Hotmail to-do's on my Windows 8 Laptop!!!!!!!

Is there not one or am I missing something?
