also after format windows 8 hangs and freezes constantly

hi all,
I installed windows 8 on my laptop month ago and everything work very well in the first tow weeks,
after that my laptop (dell XPS, 8GB RAM, i7 CPU, 2GB NVIDIA GPU,500GB 7200 HDD) constantly freezes and hangs on anything and frequently .

after tried almost everything, today I format it, and the surprise is that my laptop still do the same behavior before install anything !!!
and this is me search on everywhere to find the solution and nothing worked until now !!!


please if anyone have any idea to help me !!
