IE10 for Desktop can't Load Ajax Content

Currently, I'm having problem with my IE10, in the Tile, I can display ajax content, such as Facebook Chat and also Technet Post Reply. But when I'm using desktop mode, whenever I check my FB messages then it shows &quotcan't fetch data from server&quot,
the like action is disappear right away when I clicked it, and also I can't reply in Technet forum. I've disable all of my addons but nothing happens. How to fix this problem?
