Windows 8 Hot Corners stop working

I have notice recently that when I have Firefox 17 full screen that none of the hot corners will work until Firefox has been minimized and even then some times you need to click on something else before they start to work again. I have the same issues on
2 separate computers. It never uses to do that before, so I'm not sure if it was a recently windows update or what. I have only noticed it with Firefox so far.
Has anyone else ran into this issue?
