Tpm TakeOwnership command in Windows 8

Hi,
How does this command:
manage-bde.exe -tpm -TakeOwnership SomePassword
looks like in Windows 8 (e.g. using powershell, since the &quotTakeOwnership&quot parameter is obsolete) ?
