how to get rid of TidyNetworks?

I am trying to get rid of some adware on my Internet Explorer and Chrome browsing applications on my PC. TidyNetworks puts involuntary links on text and redirects me to ads.
I have run Avast, Malwarebytes and Microsoft virus scans. Nothing seems to find it. How or what programs will eliminate it?
