I did a download from Cnet and along with it came a bunch of adware wanting to scan my pc, and also changed my internet explorer homepage from bing to http://search.conduit.com/?SearchSource=10&ampCUI=UN29481246411865222&ampUM=2&ampctid=CT3287822 I just installed
Security Essentials two days ago after using AVG free for many years. This is the second time this has happened from Cnet. Anyway I have tried to remove this in control panel, the browser internet options I have disabled the addons that are associated with
it. Disabled the services, gone into my computer and deleted the program files. When I turn on my computer this morning a warning tells me that windows genuine advantage has been changed. and security essentials said i needed to run a validation check. What
do I do?
