My windows essentials full system scan tells me I am infected with Trojan:win32/sisproc

My windows essentials full system scan tells me I am infected with Trojan:win32/sisproc, even though it tries to remove it, it says erroe and then it is quarantined but when I rescan it seems to be active again, yesterday my security essentials was turned
off (not by me) and I rescanned and there was the Trojan again. I down loaded Mailwarebytes but it doesn't even pick up the virus?
Please help.
