Add-on "wecarereminder class" can not be disabled. MCAFEE did not detect it .

This is a malware add-on to IE9. It cannot be removed. It slows down various web site openings and might be doing more harm besides that. I clicked on IE9's &quottools&quot-&quotmanage add-ons&quot. It is listed there but the &quotenable-disable&quot buttons are greyed out.
I have IE8. The legend under theadd-on is &quotwecarereminder class&quot. Please help. Macfee did not detect it and I believe it is slowing down my computer. I can not disable it manually.
