IE8 search engine redirect virus

I have a redirect virus on IE8, It happens with all the different search engines not just Google. I have tried Malwarebytes, Spybot and Superanti spyware which finds spyware and cleans it but when i restart my computer run program again and its gone
but then I go into IE8 and it happens again and i run the program and it shows up again. Please need help!!
