Unable to remove Trojan DOS/Alureon. J I receive error 0x800710dd

I have tried several times to remove a trojan, DOS/Alureon. J but MSE send back an error message 0x800719dd. I have rebooted several times but to no avail. I have also run MalwareBytes but the trojan is not shown by this program. AVG also does not detect
it nor does Super Anti Spyware.
