Can you also run Malwarebytes as well as WSE?

In the Machine
I use to use Malwarebytes as well as Defender. I see they say no conflicting programs. I also see the threats out there and other computer people tell me to run Malwarebytes too anyway.
I want to know if WSE will work all right if I do??
