Unable to complete Word Merge

[AWS]

I have a document the merges data from a database to a word document. The document works with Office 2010,2007,XP and on other 2013 systems. On on computer it gets and error notice

"Additional Information(1): The EditBookmark command is not available because this command in not available for reading"
I have checked most of the setting and I don't see any difference, what am I missing?
