Installing malwarebytes does not crash with microsoft security essential ?

Hi,
I have Microsoft Security Essential on my PC , and I am thinking to install a free version of Malwarebytes for double protection of my bank account. If I do this, Anti malware and MSE can work together and won't damage my PC?
