MSE shows orange when leaving hibernation in Win 7 Ultimate x64

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64 which goes into hibernation. When I exit hibernation (either by pressing up/down arrow or power button, Microsoft Security Essentials comes up in an orange state and I have to run a quick scan to get it back to a green
(protected) mode
