mse closes as soon it gets opened

In the Machine
today i downloaded mse set up and installed.. turned on my windows fire wall uninstalled kaspersky antivirus. before installing mse i formatted windows and made recovery from the boot up menu. mse opens and closes as soon in 2 secs
