Cheshire police ukash scam HELP

I have the ukash virus or scam on my windows 8 pc! I have checked on the Internet for a fix and all the fixes I have found tells me to use safe mode with networking and by pressing f8 as my computer starts up! This is something I can't do! Windows 8 does
not give you this option!

Could anyone help with this problem?
