Legit Support?

I have been getting calls from &quotunknown caller - unknown number&quot re PARASITES, TROJAN HORSES, VIRUSES and MALWARE on my computer being reported to a Microsoft Technical site. Their solution is to have me allow them to logon and fix my severlly damaged
computer. They say Microsoft virsus scans, AVG virus scans and CCleaner scans, which show no problems, are unable to detect the problems they see and can fix. How legit are they?
