Cannot uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials due to error code OX4FF02

Trying to uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials &amp unable due to code above. I am using this temporary for virus protection and you have to uninstall &amp install again every 2 weeks. It is not letting me uninstall it now and I have been doing this over a
month now.
