Run MSE as non-admin: Same scan coverge as from admin?

If MSE is run from a non-administrator account, does it scan all the places as it does from an administrator account?What about the reverse? What I'm trying to get at is, does the scan proceed in exactly the same way, independent of the account from which it is invoked?Finally, can one be assured that the exact same scan is done when run from an administrator account compared to running *as* administrator, but done from a non-administrator account?
