Whaaaa?

Is this a sad joke?? I ATTEMPTED to download and install this and after 2 weeks of the whole program not looading, and the product code not working, and nothing but frustration I am now concidering the open office program... Its FREE, and easy
to load ... I will miss the office 2010's reliability but if I have to pay $200 for a program and then hope it will work I will keep the money and then load the free open office and hope it works, if it dosent, I still have my money...
