Incompatibility -Zone Alarm/MSE

Hi, the latest free upgrade from Zone Alarm Firewall includes antivirus protection. They are saying this is compromising my MSE antivirus and to uninstall it - not had this problem before. But do I need both or does MSE cover everything, in which case
I could uninstall the ZA upgrade? Thanks
