Automatic Updates keeps prompting to update Microsoft Essentials, but it fails.

In the Machine
After Automatic Updates fail to install current update, I open Essentials and click Update it states I am up-to-date. I try to uninstall Essentials, but it can not find some file epp.msi. I just wish to uninstall.

ver 2002
SP3
