My computer was recently infected by a serious trojan horse despite supposed protection by IOLO system mechanic pro updated daily. Removal of the virus was difficult and in the end required several hours professional work. Fortunately so far as I
know at present all recipients of the spam email sent by the hacker from my computer recognised the threat - not so IOLO! Customer service has not responded although issue has been recorded and incident number allocated. I recommend that if you have IOLO installed
you replace it immediately.
