Installing a new Hard drive

My Presario CQ5700F 500GB Hard Drive died. So I am installing a new Hard Drive, but I can't find my Recovery Disc and HP doesn't have anymore Recovery Kits for this Model PC anymore. How can I put Windows 7 Premium 64 Bit system back on my computer? Help
me Please.
