My computer won'tturn on

2nd home computer. Generic home built PC 5 yrs old. XP Pro, SP3. It's been running fine. Working fine. No hints of problems. Last night I was doing job work on it and I did a shutdown and went to bed. Got up this morning and went to turn it on and nothing
happens. It appears no power. I have power to the strip.

Is this indictive of a power supply?
