Microsoft safety scanner, 3 times a day to remove the worm:msil/necast.d virus from my computer?

Why am I getting the same solution 3 or more times a day for the last month? It is for the Microsoft Security Scanner (MSS, for short) solution to remove the Worm/MSIL/Necast.D, a known virus on my computer. However, every time I do a full scan with MSS
or McAfee security suite, NO issues are found.
