Has installing Office Home & Business with my hotmail account tied the licencing to this account?

I have installed Office Home & Business 2013 for someone but after putting in the product key at the Office setup website, I signed in with my personal Hotmail account to download the installation files. I believe this has
now tied the licencing to my account, can anyone confirm if this is the case and if so how I could transfer this to their account?
