error message on start up C:\PROGRA~3\rl9ri.dat the specified module could not be found.

I recently removed some maleware using malewarebytes (a ransomeware site that blocked my desktop) and now i keep getting the above error message each time on start up. I was wondering how to fix/remove it? am running windows 7.
