Used the process below and now the subkey: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTDIRECTORYBACKGROUNDSHELLEXCONTEXTMENUHANDLERS can't be found at all. I need to be able to create "New Folders" and this option no longer appears. All help is appreciated.
