Ongoing hacking which goes undetected by looking fine when it's not

Someone is on my computer right now on a different computer while I am trying to submit a queustion to the Microsoft Community..my computer won't let me it's frozen...will you please troubleshoot the lines. I am the only person on this network right now.
It has to do with hacking ongoing.
