When I start my computer windows failed message appears, with advised to go to windows administrativ

When I start up my computer a message comes on bottom of screen "windows failed' ,go to administrative to fix problem. When I go to windows
I'm not getting the option to fix the issue. I don't think all of the windows product is functioning properly. How can I fix this problem?
