I HAVE WINDOWS XP. I CANT INSTALL UPDATE KB2779562....I HAVE SP3, SHIELD ICON ON SHUTDOWN BUTTON...HAVE TRIED ALLWAYS TO INSTALL THIS UPDATE...CAN YOU HELP PLZ?
