My CPU is at 50%+ usage, 24/7. I understand it's a SVCHost.exe issue. Please help. I have tried task manager - it's not that Task Manager thinks I've got almost nothing running. Kaspersky, ESET and Spybot don't think it's a virus. This means I can't watch
movies or listen to music, as it takes the CPU usage up to 100% and usually crashes the computer. Solutions, please. (I'm entirely NOT a techie, so words of one syllable, please.)
