Back up and restore - error messages

Hi


I keep receiving the following error messages and Microsoft won't help me. Can anyone explain what they mean and what I need to go so my computer backs up files properly?

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\defaultuser0\Contacts. ErrorSTATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))
Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\defaultuser0\Searches. ErrorSTATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))
