Server 2012 Server Mgr Erroneously states that Remote Desktop Services Deployment Does Not Exist in Server Pool

I have had a Server 2012 acting as our AppServer running Remote Desktop Services and is the Connection Broker. Everything has been fine. All of a sudden after a reboot, Server Mgr is stating that the RDS deployment does not exist. I have verified that all of the roles are still installed, all Remote Desktop services are running and have been restarted and I have rebooted several times, to no avail. All of my published apps are accessible but I can no longer manager the connections, servers or apps.

We have an older 2008 server that I used to have in the AppPool for one app, but I removed it to make sure. I still get this error. I cannot find any errors in the logs. Help!
