couldn't find answers from Technet that is it supported to create a (LACP)Team with different NIC manufacturers? Only thing I could find talks about switch-embedded teaming:
1.1.1 Switch-embedded teaming
Only NICs of the same make, model, and firmware load may be teamed. Teaming of NICs that are not identical is not supported. If the NICs are capable of operating at more than one bitrate (e.g., 10Gbps/40Gbps) all team members must be set to operate at the same bitrate.
