IIS 6 management console close errors

Hello,

I added SMTP Server role with all the required Features to Windows 2016 server that already had IIS10 running.

Then I configured SMTP settings and when I closed the IIS6 management console window, I got a pop-up telling me that Microsoft Management Console has stopped working, and two errors below in Application logs. The server was rebooted, but the errors repeat every time I close IIS6 management console.

Any ideas how to fix this?
