How do move the entire windows 7 to a new hard drive using usb drive

I have a desktop computer running windows 7. Iit came with this os, i have no disk or anything whatsoever with it, i would like to do a clean install of windows 7 onto my new hard drive and the only way i have of taking things off of my hard drive is a usb flashdrive (64GB). basically if i could use my computer to make it so i can clean install windows from the flash drive or something like this?
