Windows 10 1803 Update

I have just updated to the latest version of Windows. This has created a new partition (E) of 457MB of which only 29.9MB are free space. Every 10 minutes I get an annoying message from Windows Explorer saying 'You are running out of disk space on Local Disk (E)...'. I do not believe that drive E existed before I updated to Windows 10 1803 this morning. How do I stop these annoying messages?
