I have a Surface book and I use a Toshiba Dynadock U for an additional monitor and usb ports. I was able to use the usb ports until last month, now I am not able to use the usb ports, I can only use the ports as a charger, but I cannot access any flash drives, use a wireless/wired mouse or keyboard. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the device and drivers twice. I have looked at the dynadock usb event viewer and it has the last two uninstalls, and driver installs. There is also a warning that says that it was "not migrated due to a partial or ambiguous match". I have no idea what that means or where to go from here. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
