Display Running Off Edges of Screen After Windows April 2018 Update

The recommended resolution for my monitor is 1920x1080, and that's what I've always had it set to. After the April 2018 update, however, the right edge of my screen is cut off, so that I can't see most of the tray icons, time/date, notifications, etc.


I have changed the resolution to 1680x1050, and full screen apps still run off the right hand of the screen, and everything is blurry.


I've updated my NVIDIA graphics drivers and restarted many times.


Anyone have any ideas for ways I can fix this?
