Windows 10 450 MB Recovery Partition

Yesterday i upgraded to new spring version. When I turn my computer on I got a notification that F drive has low space. I found out that it is a recovery partition. Now I have 33.7 MB from 449 MB. What i have to do DELL recommended me to delete this partition but I saw that is not recommended. I don't now how to increase size of this partition.
