Windows wont boot after changing networkid

i changed networkid from this computer belong to a business to it does not belong to business option. And restarted and after that windows 10 stuck on boot. it shows black background and white dots progress bar screen indefinitely. i tried to boot in recovery and selected option startup repair and it asked for password of admin user which provided but it won't accept my correct password. i tried same password on another browser and it worked. Now without password i can't do anything. plz help
